Umbrella provide early support interventions for individuals with low to mild mental health and/or learning disabilities which aim to improve wellbeing. Our support offer includes personal counselling, structured group work, peer support & mutual aid groups, befriending and housing support.

Our small team are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Intervention and Prevention Worker to work with individuals providing advice, information, signposting, and advocacy. You will be skilled in recognising individual needs and have experience in delivering targeted early intervention as part of a holistic care plan, facilitating structured groups and supporting a caseload of service users.

You will be able to work on your own and as part of a team. Ensuring the timely, accurate and compliant completion of paperwork and meeting targets is also key to the success of the role.

Excellent time management skills with an ability to plan and prioritise work is essential alongside a flexible approach to workload. 

An efficient organiser, you’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver on tasks working collaboratively with the team to benefit the people we support.
