HOPE Worker - Staffordshire

Our specialist services include substance use, clinical, employment training and education, housing services, housing support and health, young people and families’ services.
Our Innovative Stars service is an integrated provision which includes harm reduction, care coordination, clinical interventions, recovery planning and aftercare. This service will run for at least four years with potential for further contract extensions. This exciting new service has 3 Hubs across the county of Staffordshire:-
- North – Newcastle-under-Lyme & Staffordshire Moorlands.
- West – Stafford, Cannock and surrounding areas.
- East – Burton, Tamworth and surrounding areas.
We are currently looking to extend our North Hubs team with an HOPE Worker.
The HOPE worker will be responsible for delivering effective and immediate responses to minimise harm and reduce relapse whilst encouraging individuals to engage with a recovery plan covering all aspects of their life on a 16 week programme. To actively engage service users and deliver appropriate interventions, enhancing motivation for change and treatment readiness and working in partnership with Care Co-ordinators to enable movement from semi-structured to structured psychosocial interventions in order to improve recovery and social capital.
