HR Advisor North - Bowburn
In June 2018 we re-branded from DISC to Humankind and over the last 12 months we have developed a new 5-year strategy outlining our ambitious plans for the future. To help us achieve these ambitions, we are recruiting a HR Advisor to join our busy, professional HR Team based in Bowburn.
This is a broad role, providing HR support to units across the North East regions and therefore the ability to travel is a must. The role will provide a comprehensive and professional HR support service to managers on general operational issues such as terms and conditions of service, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary investigations, harassment and bullying complaints, grievances, TUPE and redundancy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with HR advisory experience and the ability to quickly build professional credibility and develop collaborative relationships at all levels of the organisation. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of end to end TUPE Process with an up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
You will need to be flexible in your approach to work, with the ability to prioritise in an ever changing environment however, you will receive ongoing support and CPD development to undertake the role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of end to end TUPE Process with an up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
Candidates must have a full driving licence with access to a car as the role will include travel within the North East.
