We are looking to recruit an exceptional BRIC Coordinator to join our dedicated team to support those coming to the end of drug/alcohol treatment and those in recovery.

Working in partnership with recovery coordinators and other teams based in Forward Leeds you will offer recovery support outside of the treatment hubs and out in the community, including 5 Ways @ the Recovery Academy (aftercare service).  You will have experience in working with and signposting to other support services and providing a wide range of interventions and activities to sustain recovery.

As directed by the project manager, you will be an integral member of the team, using your abilities and skills to:
• Organise & manage information
• Communicate effectively with a range of people
• Manage a number of priorities & meet a number of outcomes within Forward Leeds
• Support clients to make decisions regarding their recovery
