Humankind’s Independent Living Unit offers a range of housing-related support services, advice and guidance to help people obtain accommodation and progress towards sustained independent living in the community. We support vulnerable people, often with histories including substance misuse, offending, mental ill health and homelessness, to overcome barriers and achieve social inclusion. Come and help us make this happen.

We have a challenging, yet exciting role for a motivated, enthusiastic and skilled candidate. Your work will be invaluable in supporting vulnerable people to manage their accommodation, identify and source appropriate housing options, achieve economic wellbeing, stay healthy and safe, pursue employability and make a positive contribution to their community.

You will be responsible for supporting clients across our accommodation and Floating Support services.   The role will require that you carry a caseload, providing quality interventions and 121 support to residents, helping them to progress to independence.
