Umbrella provide early support interventions for individuals with low to mild mental health and/or learning disabilities which aim to improve wellbeing.  Our support offer includes personal counselling, structured group work, peer support & mutual aid groups, befriending and housing support.

Our small team are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Support Senior Administrator to ensure business and administration support for the service, scoping and responding to business need.

As directed by the Project Manager, the post holder will be an integral member of the team, using their abilities and skills to:
• Organise and manage information.
• Communicate effectively with a range of people
• Support the service in event planning and scheduling of Structured Group Programmes
• Assist in the day to day running of the service

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be competent in using Microsoft Packages with experience of using spreadsheets, databases and/or case management systems.  Excellent time management skills with an ability to plan and prioritise work is essential alongside a flexible approach to workload. 

An efficient organiser, you’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver on tasks working collaboratively with the team to benefit the people we support.
