We have an exciting brand-new opportunity for an experienced trainer to join a newly created national learning & development team.

Working closely with local teams in a busy fast paced environment, you will provide a proactive and customer focused L&D service to our units across the Yorkshire and Lancashire regions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and monitoring induction workshops and activities ensuring all new starters in your region are fully compliant with mandatory training
• Designing and delivering a range of learning interventions including compliance, skills and behavioural training programmes in line with our annual HR/L&D Business Plan
• Supporting senior managers in creating & delivering induction plans for new mobilisations
• Being the regional point of contact for advice and support on training queries

Experience of eLearning design would be desirable and the ability to deliver specialist training in the areas of substance misuse would be of value.  The ability to travel across the geographical area is essential.
