North Yorkshire Horizons is an integrated Drug and Alcohol service made up of several key partners including Humankind, a rapidly growing and highly successful charity. We provide a safe environment in which people can develop life skills and build confidence to achieve and maintain recovery and abstinence from their substance misuse, successfully re-integrate into society, and become active, contributing citizens.
 
You will be required to supervise a team that provides holistic packages of support to adult service users, empowering them to move through the integrated recovery-oriented substance misuse service, increasing opportunities for service users to achieve sustainable treatment outcomes within Skipton and its surrounding areas.  As directed by the Project Manager, the Lead Practitioner will be an integral member of this dynamic multi agency service.
