This is an established service supporting the delivery of Alcohol Treatment Requirements ATR and Drug Rehabilitation Requirements DRR, along with other criminal justice interventions in the Co Durham area.
The successful post holder will match our organisational ambition and commitment to provide the highest standards of service delivery across Co Durham, engaging with local communities and supporting their priorities.
Main duties for the role will include:
To work as part of an integrated team to provide collaborative case management to substance misusers in contact with the criminal justice system.
 To work effectively with Police, Courts, Prisons, Probation/CRCs and other appropriate stakeholders across a full range of settings.
 To provide holistic and structured recovery coordination and psychosocial interventions to service clients, their families and carers.
 Working to ensure effective delivery of recovery coordination within the full integrated service model.
