Humankind is a successful, established charity delivering our Drug Interventions Programme and Integrated Offender Management services in Leeds which supports individuals who are involved in the criminal justice system.
Leeds DIP/IOM team provide case management support in a number of settings and deliver a range of interventions to adults across the criminal justice system. Our key priority is to reduce reoffending and we work in partnership with our criminal justice partners to identify and support individuals in 3 key areas:

1. Those involved in or with a history of serious acquisitive crime.
2.  Domestic abuse perpetrators.
3. Out of court disposals – conditional cautions.

As Senior Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Humankind Integrated Offender Management team. You will have an accommodating approach and will be our first point of contact for telephone referrals from our criminal justice partners.

As Senior Administrator you will be based within the integrated team at Mabgate working in partnership with the police, probation services and other partners to achieve sustainable outcomes for our service users.
You will be an integral member of this dynamic multi agency team using your skills and abilities to organize and manage information and manage a number of priorities within the service.
