Humankind, in partnership with The Basement Recovery Project, provide both clinical and recovery focussed treatment for Adults and Young People in Calderdale, covering rural and urban environments, a diverse population and working with excellent local community partners.

The service is looking to recruit a motivated and experienced administrator to fulfil the role of Business Coordinator.  The Business Coordinator will be an integral member of this dynamic multi agency team playing a pivotal role in the successful day to day running of the service. The purpose of the role is to ensure effective administration duties are carried out across the service in order to support the day to day functioning and performance.
The post holder will;
- Provide management, leadership and supervision to the admin team members including oversight of both adult and young person’s services and clinical admin.
- Coordinate the projects mandatory health and safety and premises requirements with particular emphasis on maintaining records and processes required by the CQC
- Carry out general administrative and reception based duties as part of the wider admin team when required.

The role will be predominantly based within the Halifax office but will be required to work from the Todmorden site as and when required. Travel to other Humankind premises will also be required at times.
