We are looking to recruit a passionate and proactive Recovery Navigator to manage a case load of clients, delivering effective interventions in line with NDTMS and NICE guidance, with a recovery focused approach. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with a flexible approach to ensure service users receive a safe and effective service from point of entry through to recovery and aftercare.
