In addition, experience of supporting people to maximise income, increase financial inclusion, and improve perceptions of health and wellbeing, would be desirable.
2. You will work with prisoners to prepare a Resettlement Plan on their arrival and a Pre-Release plan near sentence end. You will work closely with other agencies including prison staff, Offender Managers, housing providers and community services and participate in multi-agency meetings.  You will adopt an asset-based approach and work positively to support clients to plan and build healthier and more fulfilling lives on release.
